Objective
To promote regional collaboration among disability rights organizations and government representatives in Armenia, Georgia, and Moldova, advancing the inclusion and full participation of persons with disabilities in society.
Key Activities
- Preliminary needs assessment and planning meetings
- Virtual dialogues and capacity-building sessions
- Public awareness campaigns and flash mobs in three countries
- Study visit and final conference in Armenia
- Signing of MoUs and establishment of a Regional Advocacy Coalition
Target Groups
- Disabled persons’ organizations (DPOs)
- Local and national government representatives
- Persons with disabilities
Expected Results
- Strengthened advocacy capacity of 40 DPOs and 15 officials
- Public outreach to at least 2,000 people through campaigns
- Formalized and sustained regional collaboration via signed MoUs and the Regional Coalition․
