“Agate” Rights Defense Center for Women with Disabilities NGO invites qualified audit organisations to submit proposals for conducting an independent external financial audit of the I-VOTE (Inclusive Voices for Open, Truthful Elections) project, funded by the New Democracy Fund.
Audit Assignment
The selected audit organisation will conduct an independent audit of the project’s financial statements and expenditures for the implementation period 1 April 2026 – 10 July 2026, in accordance with applicable International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and issue an independent auditor’s report.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested audit organisations should:
- Be legally registered and licensed to provide audit services.
- Have proven experience in auditing non-governmental organizations and donor-funded projects.
- Conduct audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
- Conduct the audit in English.
- Demonstrate professional competence, independence, and impartiality.
- Have qualified auditors with relevant professional certifications.
Proposal Requirements
Interested firms are requested to submit:
- A financial proposal, including all applicable fees and taxes.
- Company profile and relevant experience.
- Copies of registration and audit license/certification.
